Gregory P. Meier, J.D.

As PhysioGenix’s Executive Vice President, Greg provides direction and oversight to help PhysioGenix achieve its short-term and long-term goals. Greg was also instrumental in developing Neuro Amp LLC. Greg is a also a co-founder of Lumen Healthcare, Inc. Greg currently serves on the Advisory Board for the UW-Whitewater Entrepreneurship Major.

 Greg formerly served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Lansare Corporation - an on-demand reporting and analytics solution for annuity, life insurance and bank owned life insurance and as the Chairman of the Board of Green Leaf Market. He has also served as Chief Operations Officer for Broadlook Technologies, Inc., and Chief Executive Officer of the Erma Ora Byrd Center for Educational Technologies, home of the NASA sponsored Classroom of the Future. Greg was also a partner with the law firm of Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, where he was a founding member of the firm’s VentureBest Practice Group, which focuses on early-stage technology companies. 

Greg previously served in the following volunteer capacities: the Board of www.radiomilwaukee.org the Board of Directors for BizStarts Milwaukee, which focuses on helping entrepreneurs launch their businesses; the Board of Propel Wisconsin; the Board of the Wisconsin Academy for Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Growth; he was the former President of the Wisconsin Innovation Network; President, Wisconsin Venture Network; Chairman of the Board of Homeboyz Interactive (a Jesuit founded group focused on bringing sophisticated technology training to inner-city youth); Steering Committee Member, Chairman and key-note speaker, Wisconsin Entrepreneurs’ Conference and the Wisconsin Venture Conference – Milwaukee; mentor for businesses in venture conferences and judge for business plan competitions; and on the UW-System Taskforce for Technology to Jobs. Greg earned his undergraduate and law degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison (B.A., with distinction, 1989; J.D., cum laude, Order of the Coif, 1993).

Frank Langley

Frank Langley is President & CEO of Addiction Therapeutix. He has over twenty five years of commercialization experience in the formation, management, and exits of life sciences companies. His experience ranges from founder of start-up biotechnology companies to management in a Fortune 500 medical device company. In his last successful exit, he served as President & CEO of Pel-Freez Clinical Systems, where he led and managed the development and marketing of a new molecular biology product line for solid organ and bone marrow transplantation through a successful strategic company sale. He has undergraduate (BBA-University of Wisconsin) and graduate (MBA-College of St. Thomas) degrees in business administration and finance and is a graduate of Stanford University’s Advanced Technology Management Program. Mr. Langley is past President of the Wisconsin Biotechnology and Medical Device Association and has a number of past and current healthcare board appointments.
