Brian D. Curry, Ph. D., MBA, President and Chief Executive Officer
As President and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Curry sets PhysioGenix’s direction and

corresponding implementation strategy to maximize value for all stakeholders. By building a positive culture, nimble team and managing PhysioGenix's finances, Dr. Curry has positioned PhysioGenix to be a leading provider of preclinical pharmacological services; these services help accelerate drug development in the diabetes, behavioral and cardiovascular fields. Dr. Curry has also created the infrastructure for the Company's drug development programs by recently forming the wholly-owned subsidiary, Neuro Amp LLC. Dr. Curry is a also a co-founder of Lumen Healthcare, Inc. Dr. Curry currently serves on the Board of Directors for Fotodyne Incorporated. Preceding his role as President and CEO, Dr. Curry was PhysioGenix’s Chief Operating Officer where he was responsible for managing day-to-day activities and identifying innovative solutions to bring products to market. Prior to joining PhysioGenix, Dr. Curry was President of Functional Design for 10 years, which provided biomechanical design, testing and consulting to national and global companies. During this time, he brought products from concept sketches through manufacturing and product launch. Dr. Curry has also performed consulting with over 40 early-stage technology companies in product assessment, market forecasting and financing. He holds a Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Neurobiology and Anatomy and an M.S. in Pharmacology & Toxicology from the Medical College of Wisconsin, a Certificate in Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management, M.S. in Biological Sciences/Physiology from Western Michigan University and a B.S. in Physics from Michigan State University.
Gregory P. Meier, J.D., Executive Vice President
As PhysioGenix’s Executive Vice President, Greg provides direction and oversight to help PhysioGenix achieve its short-term and long-term goals. Greg was also instrumental in developing Neuro Amp LLC. Greg is a also a co-founder of Lumen Healthcare, Inc. Greg currently serves on the Advisory Board for the UW-Whitewater Entrepreneurship Major.
Greg formerly served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Lansare Corporation - an on-demand reporting and analytics solution for annuity, life insurance and bank owned life insurance and as the Chairman of the Board of Green Leaf Market. He has also served as Chief Operations Officer for Broadlook Technologies, Inc., and Chief Executive Officer of the Erma Ora Byrd Center for Educational Technologies, home of the NASA sponsored Classroom of the Future. Greg was also a partner with the law firm of Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, where he was a founding member of the firm’s VentureBest Practice Group, which focuses on early-stage technology companies.

Greg earned his undergraduate and law degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison (B.A., with distinction, 1989; J.D., cum laude, Order of the Coif, 1993).
Darin L. Evans, M.S., Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Mr. Evans helps execute

contract research projects with the Company's pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. Mr. Evans provides the key link between the client's representatives, PhysioGenix's team of scientists and the Company's network of expert advisors. Prior to joining PhysioGenix, Mr. Evans held positions in several Wisconsin-based companies, thus merging years of project management experience with his scientific background. While at PhysioGenix, Mr. Evans has effectively instituted PhysioGenix's operational policies, while simultaneously implementing advanced technologies now offered as services to our clients. Mr. Evans achievements include integratrating PhysioGenix's scientific resources and developing the Company's core series of biomarker assays for detecting cardiac disease, renal disease and inflammation. Mr Evans routinely employs web-based IT software for project reporting and for tracking PhysioGenix's in-house resources. Mr. Evans has presented numerous scientific abstracts at national conferences. He holds an M.S. in Chemistry and earned a B.S. in Microbiology and Biochemistry, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Patricia M. Locante, Senior Financial Manager.
Ms. Locante was previously employed as the Director of Taxes for Apogent

Technologies Inc. (fka Sybron International Corporation) from February 1988 thru June 2001, where she was responsible for the world wide tax planning, compliance, and financial tax reporting of the company. During her tenure with Apogent, she was actively involved in the due diligence and integration of more than 90 acquisitions. She began her career in the tax department of Deloitte Haskins & Sells.
Ms. Locante is a member of the American and Wisconsin Certified Public Accountants. She earned a B.S. in Accounting from Fairfield University in 1985 and a Master in Business Administration from Marquette University in 1992.
Yvette A. Harrington, M.S., Study Coordinator
As Study Coordinator, Mrs. Harrington ensures each
client’s contract research projects is executed correctly and on-time. Mrs. Harrington creates detailed protocols and schedules based on the client’s research outline, researches and masters new and innovative techniques, and helps move each project from planning stage to execution. Along with training and managing the technical staff, Mrs. Harrington coordinates the link between the Study Director and the study’s team. Mrs. Harrington has been with the Company for over five years and recently was promoted from lead technician and surgeon to Study Coordinator. This has allowed her to take a more active role in managing client projects, while still ensuring accuracy and precision on the technical level. She holds an M.S. in Biology and earned a B.S. in Biology and a B.F.A. in Drawing and Sculpture, all from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
Jennifer A. Tinklenberg, M.S., Research Associate
Ms. Tinklenberg received
her B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point and her M.S. in Biology with a concentration in Neuroscience and Physiology from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. In addition to extensive surgery skills, Ms. Tinklenberg has administered and managed animal colonies. Ms. Tinklenberg has worked as an instructor in the lab portion of Anatomy and Physiology courses, assisted in teaching Animal Physiology and Neurobiology Laboratory classes. She has also conducted research to determine the existence of a distinct pattern of neuronal activation in incubating ring doves as well as banding birds.
Matthew T. McElligott, Marketing and Sales Manager
Matt graduated from Marquette University
with a B.S. in Business Administration in 2007. His focus has always been computers, and how they are continuously improving our professional and personal lives. He has been a part of several early stage software and web development companies. In college, he created websites and honed his technical skills in electronic media and design. After college, he worked as an Account Executive at PKWARE, Inc., a Milwaukee based software company, responsible for inventing the .zip compression algorithm used all over the world. The years at PKWARE helped Matt develop his sales skills and business sense. At PhysioGenix, Matt has managed the PhysioGenix website, social media presence, web sales, public relations, and more. His goal is to promote PhysioGenix's services and the long term goals of the research industry.
Joshua Curry, Project Manager and Business Analyst
As Project Manager and Business Analyst, Mr. Curry coordinates
logistics and time points of clients to ensure quality and efficiency. He tracks and forecasts statistics and indicators to provide insight into the direction of the company, the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, and the global economy as a whole. While at PhysioGenix, he has implemented and executed company wide metrics for finance, customer and internal processes, while enhancing the company’s process of coordinate and tracking customer projects to ensure milestones, and the highest efficiency in projects. Mr. Curry formally worked at G.E. Healthcare as a Diagnostic Model where he helped teach nurses and doctors how to use the ultrasound machines so they would be certified to use the devices at their respective hospitals and clinics. Mr. Curry holds of B.S. in Mathematical Economics from Marquette University.
Rachel Trauernicht, Office Manager
Mrs. Trauernicht provides day-to-day management of PhysioGenix's accounts payable, accounts receivable and human resource compliance. Mrs. Trauernicht also assists in various projects related to the efficient management of PhysioGenix, including inventory, staffing, budget, vendor management and policy administration.
The company has a number of collaborators and advisers in the areas of organic chemistry, biochemistry, API synthesis, pharmacology, and substance abuse. Upon completion of raising appropriate capital, the company will prudently recruit and hire a limited number of key personnel when needed.
